Important Birthday Party Booking Information

• When can I book my Birthday Party?

  • Birthday Party bookings are accepted during regular hours of operation.

  • Please call the field directly to book your game. 250-769-0239  or use our new online booking

  • During the Spring and Fall, Saturday and Sunday afternoons tend to be our busiest times so you may want to plan your party first thing in the morning (10am) or later in the afternoon (after  3pm).

• How long does it take?

  • Paintball: Plan for about 1.5 hours for the 3 game Birthday Special. It may take longer if you are having a BBQ or the Birthday Party Pack, if you choose to play longer or if we are busy.

  
  Laser Tag: Plan for about 1 - 1.5 hours for the 3 game Birthday Special. It may take longer if you are having a BBQ or Birthday Party Pack, or if we are busy.

   

• How many paintballs will I need?

  • Usually 3 game birthday parties with 6-8 players will start with a 500 bulk bag ($29.95 each) to be divided among the players. Additional paintballs can be purchased as you need them. Smaller quantities are also available 50 bag ($3.55)  A rough average for birthday parties is 50 paintballs per player, per game.

• What else do I need to buy/rent or bring?

  • Paintball: The premium equipment rental package is included in our birthday specials which sets you up with everything you need to play the game with (full-face safety goggles, semi-automatic paintball marker, unlimited air and a loader to hold your paintballs). Optional rental equipment is available and priced separately. Paintballs are sold separately and must be purchased at the field.

  • Laser Tag: Everything you need to play the game is included with the price. Please wear clothes that are suitable for outdoors and that may get dirty if you do happen to get some paint splatter on them. Outdoor Laser Tag games are played in a rotation style on the paintball field.

  • Players are encouraged to bring or wear their own clothes suitable for paintball. We recommend old "play" clothes that can get dirty, the "paint" washes out, but you will get dirty! (That’s half the fun!!) Also, long sleeve hoodies/shirts/sweatshirts/jackets and either old jeans or sweats/joggers are best. Shorts, t-shirts and sandals are NOT recommended. Although paintball marks normally wash out easily, some clothing may stain if not washed immediately after play. It’s an outdoor field so if it is raining on the day of play, you may want to bring a change of clothes. We rent jackets, pants and coveralls at the field if you don''t want to bring your own.
  • Full party packages  ice cream cake and pop are also available for just $34.95. If you are having a BBQ, you are welcome to bring all your own food and condiments. We supply the BBQ, propane, cooking utensils and a party area for you to enjoy. Cost is only $10.00 to use the area for up to 1 hour. Please note that the BBQ areas are subject to availability.
