Corporate Team Building Events at Safari Ridge

Companies that are planning a corporate paintball or outdoor laser tag event in order to reward or motivate their staff and/or clients expect no less than a professional and cost effective service.

This is exactly what we aim to provide....

Our group rates are a general price. To make your event special and unforgettable, please contact us with your individual requirements. We will work with you and give you a customized quote for your event including all site extras (paintballs and upgrades) and even a catered lunch and beverages if requested.

Private Group events may be scheduled after regular hours of operation, (spring and fall only) for up to 3 hours.  Minimum field fees apply. Must be pre-booked minimum 48 hours in advance and a non-refundable deposit is required. Please call the field for more information. 250-769-0239

Number of players required:

• Minimum 10 players, maximum 100 players. Please call if you have more or fewer players, we may be able to accommodate you with special arrangements.

Length of time at facility:

• Minimum time to allow is 3 hours. Maximum time is a full day (6-8 hours)

Prices and Packages:

• Prices start at $17.95 per player. Custom packages are our specialty, please call with your requirements and we will work with your group to make it an unforgettable experience.

Nearly 50% of our customers are bringing work colleagues along as a means to unwind, get to know each other and as a staff incentive. Without necessarily being aware, it allows colleagues to build better relationships by working together as teams, away from the normal work environment. Why Combat Games?

We know it works because company groups rarely come and play just once. The same company will nearly always return to the venue later in the year for yet another round of paintball or outdoor laser tag. The group size is usually bigger the second time round as people get to hear about the shear fun of the first event and decide to give it a try. Who in their right mind would miss out on this much Fun!

When we began our expansion plans in late 2004 we decided to listen more carefully to what corporations need and wanted from a corporate day out. The result has been a massive investment in to the electronics, infrastructure , game play, site facilities and equipment.

We are also joining forces with a local Team Building company in order to take advantage of their superb Team Building expertise. Sometimes a company requires a very serious approach to Teambuilding that breaks down and deals with the group dynamics of company personnel. Even though this kind of event can be disguised as a fun day paintballing it is sometimes more effective to use a professional facilitator  who can get to the root of the issues and bring about effective and lasting change for the company.

Booking Procedure:

• Please call the field directly or use the booking form to make your initial booking at least 14 days prior to your event. If required, your deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking or the booking will be forfeited. If your booking is made less than 14 days and at least 7 days before the event date, the deposit is due within 2 business days. Any bookings made within 7 days of the event, requires the deposit to be made immediately. All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the event.

• The deposit is $200 payable by cash, debit (Interact), Visa or Mastercard. The deposit is non-refundable unless Safari Ridge Adventure Park chooses to cancel the event or you meet the terms under the Transfers and Cancellations section.

Transfers & Cancellations:

• In the event that you need to cancel or postpone your booked game you may either transfer your booking to another time and/or date or cancel at no extra cost as long as you notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of deposit and/or fees paid. You will not be entitled to a transfer or cancellation if you fail to notify us.

Foul Weather:

• Light rain or patchy weather is acceptable and does not require cancellation. But very heavy rain may necessitate that we re-schedule your event. Safari Ridge Adventure Park reserves the right to re-schedule an activity due to adverse weather conditions for the safety of all participants. Should this occur we will contact you to transfer your booking. If you are unsure of the weather for your event and you haven't heard from us, please call the field for confirmation. If you get an answering machine and it does not indicate a cancellation of the event, then you can assume that we will be expecting you. Please understand that if you don't contact us and the event does go ahead as scheduled, you will not be entitled to a refund or transfer.

Physical Fitness:

• It is imperative that you disclose to Safari Ridge Adventure Park any physical conditions or illness that may limit or endanger yourself or your fellow players while playing paintball or laser tag. Any information that is given in this regard will be treated with the utmost confidence. If you do not tell us, it is presumed that you are in good health and are aware of the level of fitness required for the booked activity.

• Note: You don't need to be particularly fit to play outdoor paintball and/or laser tag, but you do need to heed your own limitations. If you are in doubt as to our ability to fully enjoy your adventure due to your fitness level, please discuss this concern with us when placing your booking.

Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

• Please note that there are inherent risks involved in outdoor activities. Every player is required to sign the disclaimer prior to play (minors must have their parents or guardians sign on their behalf).

• We are located just 5 minutes from downtown Kelowna on the Westside. Go across the floating bridge, up the hill - we are at the second traffic light, turn right. We are right on the corner of Horizon Dr. and Hwy 97s. Friends Pub, Esso, Mac's and Subway restaurant are directly across the highway (Boucherie Road)
